5. Insurance and Liability
- Basic transit insurance may be included; comprehensive coverage is available at extra cost.
- MyRem Relocation is not liable for damages to items not insured or improperly packed by the customer.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
6. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include:

- Illegal items (contraband, stolen property).
- Perishable goods without prior arrangement.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for partial refunds.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

- MyRem Relocation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
- Liability is limited to the value declared and insured by the customer.
