TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USE OF OUR SERVICE AND WEBSITE:
Customer / User availing services from MYREM Relocation (MYREM) shall be borne to follow the below guidelines.
Customer/User refers to individuals, companies, or groups of individuals willing to avail MYREM Services or any relatable services including usage of the website ( www.myremrelocation.com ) or any subsequently approved web.
The customer agrees and accepts that the use of the services provided by MYREM Relocation is at the sole risk of the customer, and further acknowledges that MYREM Relocation disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The customer shall ensure that he/she/others will not indulge in any of the following activities while availing of the service:

Soiling or damaging the body, exterior, and/or any other interiors of the vehicles.

Damaging the packing materials, tool kits, and other materials owned by MYREM Relocation for the relocation purpose
-
Misusing, soiling, or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) in the vehicle.

Rude behavior or using abusive and foul language with crew staff, drivers, or any person attached with MYREM Relocation.

Asking the driver to break any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose. The driver has the right to refuse such a request by the customer. The driver also has the right to refuse such a pick-up.

Pressurizing the driver to overload the truck with the consignment than the allowed limit.

Pressurizing the crew staff to carry extra material not mentioned prior during the booking confirmation.

Asking crew staff for any out of scope like cleaning of the house, washing off any item, etc.

Offering crew tips until from the personal choice.

Crew to handle the packing and moving at origin or the destination as per mentioned item list only, floor location, lift availability. An extra charge will be applicable if there is any modification post confirmation of booking.

The crew will unload and load the items in the truck only 50 meters from the customer premises. Extra charges will be applicable post 50 meters.
Customers authorize MYREM Relocation for the use of their location and details shared as per the Privacy Policy mentioned.
DAMAGES OR LOSS OF SHIPPED ITEMS:
During Transit or Handling of Goods, there can be chances of damages or the loss of product. MYREM Relocation will make sure the resolution to damages is provided to the best of its ability to the customer. It is customer reliability to report the damages within 48 Hrs of the delivery post which no claims shall be processed.
The items which are repairable post the surveyor inspection shall be repaired and the item will not be replaced completely. The physical damages will only be covered, any damages related to internal software or hardware failure will not result in any compensation. The Insurance compensation will solely depend on customer insurance value declaration. Any loss of product will be settled against the declared insurance value or with the depreciated value of purchased items against the presence of an Invoice Purchase copy of the product.
The Customer shall indemnify MYREM Relocation from and against and in respect of any or all liabilities, losses, charges, and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnity basis) claims, demands, actions, and proceedings which MYREM Relocation may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or by any reason of or concerning the use or proposed use of the Services by the Customer and shall pay such sums on demand on the MYREM Relocation.
CREW BEHAVIOR:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to intimate MYREM Relocation against the behavior and professionalism of any on-ground staff attached to MYREM Relocation during the process of relocation.
TERMS AND CONDITION AMENDMENT:
The MYREM Relocation shall be entitled to add to, vary, or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such addition, variation, or amendment once such addition, variation, or amendment is incorporated into these terms and conditions at MYREM Relocation website at www.myremrelocation.com on the date that MYREM Relocation may indicate that such addition, variation or amendment is to come into effect.
MYREM Relocation is entitled to use customer details for any marketing and connecting purpose even if you are registered under DID. If you wish to opt out of any communication from MYREM relocation, you are entitled to do so and this shall be informed to support@myremrelocation.com
CANCELLATION POLICY:
MYREM Relocation has all right to not refund any amount against the token amount paid (otherwise exempted) in case the customer cancels the booking on the relocation date as confirmed over booking confirmation mail.
All cancellations are otherwise reserved the right to refund to the customer's bank account via the prescribed and approved channel.
PAYMENT TERMS:
The customer must pay the amount agreed based on the quotation confirmed during the process of relocation against the said invoice billed to the party, additional charges related to Mathadi / Labor Union charges (exempted to direct pay), halting charges, retention charges, and any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the Applicable Law or required to be paid for availing the MYREM Relocation.
MYREM Relocation doesn’t accept any payment via Cheque, Demand Draft.
Customers are liable to make payment only through the prescribed payment link via MYREM Relocation or any channel prescribed by MYREM Relocation in writing. MYREM Relocation doesn't urge any payment procedure via any personal account transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash transaction (until specified) in written documents.
Customers will be only liable for any non-approved transaction gateway.
MYREM Relocation has all the rights to exercise all the applicable laws if the full payment against the said Invoice is not paid against the availed services. Additionally, customers are liable to pay a penalty against any expenses incurred during this period.
MYREM Relocation has the right to change or modify payment terms and conditions from time to time without pre confirm.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
The customer shall not disclose any information received under the contract of service with MYREM Relocation or to any third party. Access to any information which pertains to the business of MYREM shall be kept confidential to the extent it might adversely impact MYREM Relocation business.
COPYRIGHT CLAIMS:
The website, logo, and other activity on this website are relatable to MYREM Relocation owned and trademarked. In case you feel that this is inappropriate or have any copyright claims, it should be initiated in writing to support@myremrelocation.com
EXCEPTION:
MYREM Relocation doesn't possess any liability in respect of any:

death or personal injury caused by negligence;

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
